Bryan Rogers serves as a Certified Residential Appraiser for El Paso and Teller counties. A 1993 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Bryan relocated to Colorado Springs with his family following his retirement from the Air Force in 2016.
Founded in 2019, Academy Appraisals reflects Bryan's commitment to excellence in real estate valuation. He has completed over 1,800 residential appraisals and possesses significant expertise in various property types, including residential tract homes, custom homes exceeding $2.5 million in value, manufactured homes on acreage, new construction, pre-construction projects, condominiums, townhomes and land appraisals.
